General

Where are you located?

We are located inside of Tastemakers, a food hall and commercial kitchen in the Brookland neighborhood of DC. We are not currently a storefront and only operate out of the commercial kitchen as our production facility.

Cookies

How long do the cookies last?

SHIPPING: Our cookies are individually packaged in a heat sealed cellophane bag and last for up to 3 weeks in their original packaging. DO NOT put the cookies in the refrigerator. They will become hard and dry as a result of refrigeration. If you know you won’t be eating them anytime soon, leave them in their original packaging place them in the freezer where they will be good for up to 3 months. When you’re ready to eat them, just put them in the oven at 350 for about 8-10 minutes and you’ll be good to go!

Local Pick Up: For local pick up orders, our cookies are packaged in to go boxes and should be consumed within 2 days.

Do you have nut-free cookies?

If you have a nut allergy, please be aware that although we do our best to prevent cross contamination all cookies are baked in a facility that also handles nuts. Many of our cookies are made with nut-based sugars and nut milks. We use coconut sugar and/or nut-based milks in the following cookies: Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Chip Coconut Walnut, S'mores, Red Velvet Cheesecake, Peanut Butter, Kitchen Sink, and White Chocolate Macadamia Nut

The following cookies are completely nut and nut-based product free: Birthday Cake, Butterscotch, Raspberry White Chocolate

Do you have any soy-free cookies?

Currently, we do not. The chips we use in the cookies contain soy lecithin.

Do you have gluten-free cookies?

We are working on it!

Cakes

How long do the cakes last?

Custom made cakes: Should be consumed within 3 days.

Cake Jars: Should be stored in the refrigerator and consumed within 7 days

Do you make gluten-free cakes?

Yes, depending on what flavor you request, it may be able to be made gluten-free.
