Refund/Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our goods, Baked by Chanice does not accept returns, offer exchanges, and/or grant refunds on any goods sold unless the issue for refund or store credit is the result of an error in our manufacturing or packaging. Please note: We will not re-ship nor offer refunds in the event an incorrect mailing address in the shipping section was entered when placing your order and we receive the package back from our shipping carriers. If an incorrect shipping address was entered please contact us at orders@bakedbychanice.com as soon as possible, in order for us to update the shipping address in time. 

We are not responsible for delays caused by one of our shipping partners due to weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disaster, terrorism safety control, inaccurate shipping information, or mistakes on the part of our shipping partners' employees. Therefore, we are not able to offer refunds nor re-send boxes for those reasons.
